Bocah Indonesia is an IVF and fertility clinic on the 7th floor of Primaya Hospital Tangerang, on Jalan MH Thamrin No. 3 in Panunggangan Utara, Pinang, Tangerang City, Banten. It also has a second clinic at Jalan Gaya Motor Raya No. 15 in Sungai Bambu, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. The clinic has been operating since 18 May 2019 and says it has served more than 18,000 couples. It was founded by dr Pandji Sadar, MBBS, AMPH, and is run by PT Ibu Daya Lestari. Doctors featured on the clinic's website include dr Beeleonie, B.MedSc, Sp.OG, Subsp.FER, an obstetrician and gynaecologist with a subspecialty in fertility and reproductive endocrinology, and dr Cynthia Agnes Susanto, B.MedSc, Sp.OG, an obstetrician and gynaecologist and fertility consultant. Male fertility is covered by andrologist dr Gito Restiansyah Wasian, Sp.And, and dr Regina Angelia Suwignjo, MARS, Sp.Ak, provides acupuncture. The embryology laboratory is headed by Kamal Jalil, BSc, BSc (Honours), MSc, an embryologist with more than 30 years of experience in IVF and clinical embryology in Singapore, Canada and the Middle East. Dr Pandji has said he set out to build a laboratory to international standards, like those at Monash University in Melbourne, where he studied. Bocah Indonesia describes itself as certified by RTAC, the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee, an Australian body that assesses fertility clinics against its code of practice. The clinic also has a separate andrology laboratory. The Tangerang clinic has three consultation rooms, two ultrasound rooms, two semen collection rooms, two procedure rooms with preparation and recovery areas, an operating room and a cryopreservation room for storing frozen sperm, eggs and embryos. There is also a seminar room. Its services run from infertility diagnosis to operative treatment. They include intrauterine insemination (IUI), where prepared sperm is placed directly in the womb, in vitro fertilisation (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and IMSI, a version of ICSI that uses much higher magnification to select sperm. The clinic also offers preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) of embryos, fertility surgery, male and female fertility services, fertility preservation and acupuncture, plus a package it calls #SadarSubur for people who want to understand their fertility status.
